A Research And Design On Integrated Local Non-bank Credit Information System

With years of development, China has made a great progress on social credit system, but there is still a gap between its performance and current social economy, social management and public expectation for a sound credit environment. It mainly reflects in: the credit system hasn’t been fully established throughout the nation. Due to the lack of a unified standard, function and data processing capacity are varied in different areas. Therefore, it needs to establish a unified non-bank credit system at city and county level for feasibility and practicality.A unified non-bank credit system should take availability, real-time capacity, expansibility, backward compatibility and platform unity into consideration. In addition, it construction should also meet requirements on operational simplicity according to the financial state of the local government in order to realize maximum benefit.The thesis focuses on:1. Adopting Apache Fund open source distributed data storage architecture Hadoop to establish a data storage platform at a lower cost, high performance and expansibility.2. Relying on non relational data base HBase and data warehouse Hive to form a real time distributed data system in high fault tolerance, storage capacity and flexible expansibility, which enables the current system to not only complete real-time parallel data processing but also be compatible with data base of different departments and realize date collection and reporting in time.3. Attempting to resolve difficulties on compatibility and high cost in construction of a non bank credit system with the help of big data platform and distributed data base management system.
