In recent years, with the rapid development of the communications industry, people for the performance of communication systems have become increasingly demanding. Diversification is of business requirements, network requirements for fast, stabilization of the signal requirements for a wide range of requirements. Existing communication systems in the continuous improvement process itself also faces new to more complex environment and information security in the form of a more severe test, which the reliability of the communication system put forward higher requirements. In such an environment and background, the concept and innovative ideas has great significance in the field of communication.The concept of fractional Fourier transform communication system is in this environment came into being, through the tireless efforts of many experts and scholars, based on four weighted score Fourier Transform(WFRFT) digital communications system has been established, and is proof anti-interception and have a good performance on anti-jamming performance, which makes fractional Fourier transform communication system has high research value, but so far, based on research WFRFT of digital communication systems, there are still a lot of work yet completed, many in traditional communications systems the technology is not effective in WFRFT digital communication system has been applied, this article fractional Fourier communication system channel estimation algorithm research, hope to fill this gap.Firstly, we review of the extensive literature on fractional Fourier transform and channel estimation technology development and research status are reviewed, based on fractional Fourier transform and channel estimation algorithm principle and related theoretical basis of a careful study. Then the classical channel estimation algorithm for the simulation analysis and verification, compared to the three classic channel estimation algorithm difference in performance, find internal and external factors affect the performance of the algorithm channel estimation. Finally, a large number of simulation to verify the channel estimation algorithm idea Fractional Fourier communication system applications, and proposed based on digital communication between WFRFT channel estimation method of multi-channel frequency to solve the fractional Fourier system channel estimation algorithm applications.
