In modern military operations, the detection technology among IR dim moving target is a key to enhance the anti-interference ability of infrared guided weapons.In the presence of interference sources, how to detect and attack quickly and effectively targets as far as possible is the key to a successful ballistic missile interceptors. The photon attenuation array control techniques have the advantage of flexibility in terms of virtual simulation, we can get closer results of the actual scene of accurate simulation. Applying the multi-spectral infrared dim moving target detection technology image generation system can effectively evaluate the performance detection algorithm which has important significance in national defense and military fields.In this paper, we combine the particle filter target detection basic theory and background noise suppression, researching the multispectral small moving target detection and photon attenuation around an array of imaging principle, realize build the image generation system, the final movement of the weak multi-spectral image target detection algorithm and its corresponding image generating system performance testing and evaluation. The main contents are as follows:First, this paper synthesizes and analyses the background clutter infrared multispectral image sequences suppression method. By Linear Mixing Spectral irradiance constitute a multi-spectral background image, and to study the spectrum of different types of image noise and background clutter suppression method for multispectral image background clutter suppression, interferenc e removing background clutter for small Target detection provides multi-spectral image data sources.Secondly, this paper reduces multispectral image dimension, resulting in a single band of image sequences, analysis Bayesian filtering framework and approximate Bayesian filtering method based on the Monte Carlo principle, namely particle filter, and for multi-spectral information fusion weak moving object detection algorithm simulation particle filter.Thirdly, The image generating system is designed based on target detection algorithm, constituting the system consisting of the PC to achieve the target detection algorithm, the drive control unit and an infrared image simulator, and describing the design method for image generation system from the software an d hardware aspects.Finally, Build a complete particle filter target detection algorithm for image generation system, the reliability of the test particle filter detection algorithm for image generation system of the experimental analysis functions to real ize the image generating system performance assessment tests.
