With the development of the society, telemedicine has gradually replaced the traditional pattern of diagnosis and treatment in hospital. Telemedicine system has shortened the distance between the patients and doctors. The patients send physiological information to the doctor via telemedicine system, and the doctor can timely provide medical service for the patients. Although the telemedicine system can provide convenience for people’s life, it also faces with serious data security problems. When the patient’s private information is stored on the server in the form of plain text, the attackers can get the information easily. In order to solve this problem, people usually encrypt data before storing in the server. In this case, how to efficiently and accurately search the cipher text becomes a new problem. Traditional plain text search scheme cannot be used in this scenario. In order to resolve the above problems, this paper proposes a searchable telemedicine encryption system with access control. Combining with searchable symmetric key encryption, attributes-based encryption and AES, this system can effectively protect the patient’s privacy information stored on the server. The security analysis shows that, this system can effectively resist unauthorized users access to medical documents, and can also ensure the privacy of the keywords. The experimental analysis shows that the efficiency of this system is rather high, and hence it is quite practicable in reality.
