The focus of this paper is to study the methods of automatic measurement of human joints positioning, to optimize the poses measurement and to improve experiments methods of the system of one-dimensional distribution of body’s weight by the support of the project of "the System of one-dimensional distribution of body’s weight and the application of athlete selections and training in China ".Binocular stereo vision technology is used on human joints positioning.And it solves the hefty workload, the lowly accuracy, repeatability difference, the not synchronized of the measurement of the moment and human joints of the manual measurement.In order to improve practicality,VC++ and OPENCV source codes are used in the integration of hardware and software. And the modular of the characteristics of the human body information input, poses measurements, poses matrix calculation,calculation of results, results show modules are wrote,and the step motor, force sensor,binocular camera balance algorithm are studied and the system software to be used in the test. And it realizes the automatic control and balance, positioning human joints on highly precision,automatic calculation.The design of human body pose is very important for the system of one-dimensional distribution of body’s weight.In order to verify and optimize the various recognition algorithms,an human equivalent model and the model bracket are established.The human equivalent model is used to compare the recognition accuracy in many kinds of the human poses combinations and identification methods.And the reasons of the error are discussed.The experiments and theories are analysed and it shows that recognition accuracy of the system of one-dimensional distribution of body ’ s weight is very sensitive on human body poses design.Poses optimization design to ensure the measurement accuracy is very important: based on the considering the body weight of one dimensional distribution identification method, a force sensor accuracy guarantee, support layout, slider-step stepper motor control,feasibility of human action,we choose a group of optimal measurement poses.And the new experimental method is validated on the human equivalent model.The Experiment shows that the accuracy of this method can guarantee the accuracy of the experiment,and it can make the weight of the human body more practical.
