Manufacturing technology are become more and more advanced, detection technology requirements are also need to get higher and higher, if we can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional detection technology in precision, efficiency,flexibility.we will enable the new detection technology applied to advanced manufacturing process and improve the level of manufacturing technology.The size detection technology based on machine vision take the machine vision technology as a information acquisition method.The system take advantage of computer operation ability and efficient analysis in the image processing, in order to get the parts dimension data and save it. The using of machine vision detection can get its advantages of fast detection speed, high degree of automation, non-contact measurement in the part size detection.In order to control the quality of parts machining dimension and reduce the reject rate, we can based on the the machining precision analysis theory and mathematical statistics to design a system to analyze the parts of size data.When the process of machining is abnormal,the system can detect it, and provide improvement suggestions for processing. The system can increase the size of processing quality,improve the processing efficiency of parts size.The research work mainly in the following aspects:(1)Construct a hardware platform, including lighting 、 camera 、 lens 、 image acquisition card、computer. The detection speed accuracy and reliability can meet the requirements.(2)Using Lab VIEW as the platformthe to design a detection system.Study in-depth on function and role of NI Vision Development Module,design a compatible image acquisition module,image processing module, dimension module,selected a approriate measurement hardware. The performance of detection can running speed and stable.(3) Due to the detection precision will be affected by the illumination condition,The image may be noise or distortion under the conditions of environment influence.By the study on image enhancement, image filtering, edge detection method, in order to find a suitable method for this research parts in test validation(4) Studying on the error sources of visual detection system to find amethod to reduce the error, and to further improve the detection accuracy of machine vision system size. Based on the calibration theory and method of machine vision system to complete the system calibration. And the size obtain by the tradtional measurement and machine vision inspection would be compared to verify the accuracy of detection dimensions.(5)Using Lab VIEW and C as the programming platform to design a machining accuracy of parts size analysis system, the system can display distribution map, point diagram, obtain the judgement about the machining process level and process capability, the system also can judge the quality in the process of machining parts...
