Modern information technology such as geographic information technology, remote sensing technology, Internet of things technology applied into the field of environmental monitoring, fully expands the space and time scale of environmental quality monitoring and monitoring types, causes rapid expansion of the environmental quality monitoring data and the kinds, showing big data feature gradually: multi-source, multidimensional, mass and polymorphism.But research of the existing environmental quality monitoring system, you will find that a data center subsystem mainly uses the relational database to store, process and management environment quality monitoring data, although the relational database has strong ability of data storage, processing and analysis, and also has strong index function to access data quickly, but with huge amounts of environmental quality monitoring data are generating, available storage space, data processing and querying performance of the relational database drops rapidly.Based on the research of big data technology and existing environmental quality monitoring system, this paper design environmental quality monitoring system based on the technology of big data.The system blends big data technology with traditional relational database effectively, take advantage of high reliability, high scalability of big data technology in terms of data storage and processing ability, and high efficiency of the relational database in data query.The system, based on the Hadoop distributed processing framework, implements parallel processing of the massive environmental quality monitoring dat, and based on HBase distributed database and relational database Oracle, implements storage and management of the massive environmental quality monitoring data.Environmental quality monitoring system based on big data technology not only has high reliability, high scalability, but also has high efficient in data storage and access performance.
