With the rapid development of information technology and E-commerce,people have an increasing demand of logistics. But the logistics enterprises of our country present the phenomenon of isolated operation and single function. The advantages of different companies cannot be combined. Modern logistics technology can improve the efficiency of the whole logistics and increase the logistics flexibility by using information technology. Collaborative logistics is an important operational mode of modern logistics. Collaborative logistics coordinate cooperation of the logistics enterprises though the Internet. Collaborative logistics of the logistics enterprises has two major problems need to be solved: the evaluation of logistics service and the combination of logistics service. Evaluating services is the premise of understanding the service characteristics and choosing the service according to user requirements. The combination of logistics service provide “One-stop” logistics services according to user requirements. This approach can greatly improve the user’s feeling and the logistical efficiency. Based on this, this paper according to the characteristics of modern logistics, mainly achieve a logistics service solution of evaluation, combination and implementation which collaborated by enterprise.The main work as follows:(1)This paper studyed the characteristics, process, trend of modern logistics development and Web Service technologies. This paper designed calculation formula of the logistics index, a calculation model based on QoS and the calculation formula of the optimal Web services. This paper used them to evaluate the stand or fall of logistics services. To set the index weights of the logistics problems,this paper designed calculation model for the weight of user’s preference. The combination of standard weights of specialists and subjectivity weights of users,can ensure objective scientific nature of the index weight and the user’s subjective personality.(2)In the aspect of logistics service combination,this paper improved the general particle swarm optimization(pso) and applied it to the problem of the modern logistics. This paper designed fitness function, the setting method of particle’s initial position and the particle’s updating method. This article mainly solved the two problems: first, how to rapidly select a optimal combination of services in subset for service waited for selection of each node to meet the requirements; second, how to decide the front and rear order when a single workflow can’t service many customers. Through the comparison of the algorithms proved the validity and feasibility of the algorithms in this paper.(3)This paper divided Modern logistics process into four stages,designed the logic of the process execution,analyzed the operation characteristics of each node. Based on the technology of bpel, this paper composited services which provided by different companies and choosed from each logistics node to become a business process. And then this paper designed the service management platform to manage services. This paper achieved the reasonable combination of the service and helped to improve the overall level of logistics service.
