Synthetic aperture radar(SAR) is a new kind of high-resolution imaging sensor that it is the ability to work during all-weather and all-time and a variety of operating modes. It plays a very important position in the imaging radar. Traditional SAR requires the imaging radar has the operating mode of uniform linear. But in practice some conventional airborne SAR may lead to non-uniform linear motion platform when it subject to restrictions and flow disturbances and other external influences, the missile-borne SAR flight path is also non-uniform motion in most of the time. Therefore, SAR Imaging and moving target detection have a wide range of applications under non-uniform scenes of the platform. This paper studies the SAR imaging and characteristics of the target and detection moving target by dual-speed when the platform flights non-uniform linear. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, it has a detailed discussion of the SAR stationary target imaging and Range-Doppler Algorithm, describes the basic framework of compressive sensing theory.Secondly, study SAR target echo model of the non-uniform model and deduced equivalent SAR target echo model of uniform motion and non-uniform sampling in time, a detailed analysis of the impact of moving target parameters to imaging in a non-uniform sampling scenarios, proposed SAR moving target imaging algorithm base on compressed sensing to solve that the moving target parameters brought broadening and non-uniform sampling caused azimuth high sidelobes. Finally, according to the principle of dual-speed SAR moving target detection and propose a moving target detection method by two different average speeds in the non-uniform sampling platform scene, and determines the flow chart of realization of this method. Get the specific derivation formula and a method of moving target parameter estimation.
