With the continuous development of mobile communication technology, higher mobile communications will be need. Communication technology at the present stage is restricted, the shortage of available spectrum resource has become saturated state and spectrum allocation is not reasonable, which all have seriously affected the quality of indoor signal coverage. As a way of providing indoor coverage of signal in low power and miniature wireless access technology, Femtocell is devoted to improving the indoor communication quality and customer service quality more superiorly.This paper focuses on studying the joint resourse allocation problem in Femtocell network.Firstly, this paper introduces the indoor coverage technology in mobile communication network, and provides an overview of the key technologies. As well as Femtocell network architecture, network interfaces and protocols, network deployment and testing are outlined. The research methods and conditions about power distribution controls, spectrum allocation and interference management resource allocation problems in Femtocell network are described.Secondly, based on the spectrum allocation, power allocation and user fairness joint resource allocation problem in OFDM system Femtocell networks, a multi-user resource allocation algorithm for joint optimization of sub-carriers is proposed. Take maximize spectrum efficiency as the objective function, adding the base station selects factor to select the family standby mode and optimal base station, then impartially distribute the user subcarrier resources, and finally use the capped linear water algorithm to optimize power distribution of the base station users. By comparing the simulation, analyze the change of spectral efficiency and other properties when added factor of the base station in system, and verify the superiority of the proposed algorithm.Finally, the paper researches the interference management issues in OFDM system Femtocell network. By analyzing the factors interfering capacity in Femtocell network, in the same environment, the paper compares the fractional frequency reuse with soft frequency reuse interference management scheme simulation, and analyzes the two options to improve system performance, as well as the degree of influence on system throughput with the power distribution factor of the soft frequency reuse.
