The current eye tracking system needs the user to calibrate every time, and to keep the head still during using. To solve these limitations and develop a calibration free and head motion free gaze tracking system, the eye tracking techniques can be applied more widely. This paper investigates the eye model and the vector of the line of sight in three dimension space, and then implements a virtual calibration free gaze tracking system based on three dimension eye tracking technology. To explore an optimal configuration of system, we have tried many parameter sets on the virtual eye tracking system controlling the error of system in one degree and got some useful conclusions to build the hardware environment.This paper investigates how to analysis user intents and abstract these intents, and constructs multimodal intent understanding algorithms. Intent based Virtual Environment construction is practiced in a virtual assembly system. Experiments on typical intents are conducted and analyzed, the authors have given a comprehensive evaluation on the usability and reliability of multimodal intent understanding, and have shown that the intent based Virtual Environment system is real-time.
