QoS-based Service Recommendation

The number and form of services on the Internet is growing rapidly with the development of Web service and Cloud service. Thus, it becomes hard for users to select the proper service. Recommendation techiniques come out and are widely needed.This article centers on recommedantion techniques, and performs some work from three aspects.Firstly, this article realized the fact that conventional methods ignore temporal information, and raised a temporal-aware QoS prediction method, based on which the temporal-aware QoS-based recommendation method is achieved. We also verified the method through experiments.Secondly, this article combined service recommendation with multicriteria recommendation, and raised a multicriteria service recommendation, which came up with the measure of criteria satisfaction and criteria priorty. Thus, this method is appropriate for service recommendation scences.At last, this article implemented a cloud service search engine system. The recommedantion algorithm of this system is based on aforementioned two recommendation methods. Combining with cloud service information capturing and objectification storage, the system implemented the function of providing related cloud service providers and instances to users. The UI of the system comes up with web page form.
