Along with the rapid development of communication and computer technology, mobile medical technology is becoming an important development tendency in medical healthcare. It is urgently necessary for electrocardiography to be displayed in mobile terminal equipment(such as iPad). The most studies on the electrocardiography based on C/S structure focus on mobile data acquisition and treatment and there is less study about mobile data display. The article studied the electrocardiography based on C/S structure displays on mobile terminal for SCP-ECG format data.SCP-ECG is a standard for ECG data transmission and storage. Bimodal compression is used in SCP-ECG, which is: first get reference beat and use raw data subtracts it, then the residual record(excluding the protected areas p) pass through low pass filter, then sample decimation, then Compute 2nd successive differences on all the resulting data. Then the treated data are Huffman encoded and be saved or transmitted. A SCP-ECG record includes a head and a few sections. The sections save SCG wave and much other information such as patient data, text diagnosis data, Manufacturer specific diagnostic, and some information help to restore ECG waves.The display system based on SCP-ECG includes I/O module, decoding module, display module and UI module, where decoding module includes the design of Huffman decoding, reconstitution of the first and second differences, reconstitution of decimated samples, low pass filtering of reconstructed residual record, and addition of the reference beat to the residual Record.Using the electrocardiography display system, users can display ECG data on intelligent terminal such as mobile terminal, which can help to increase the communication between patient and doctor, save doctors’ time, improve the medical level and medical resource utilization.
