With the continuous develepment of the mobile communication and the extensive use of smart terminals, although has brought considerable convenience to our lives but also brought unprecedented pressure to the mobile communication network. Many technologies have been researched to ensure that all of the users are able to enjoy excellent communication quality, high-speed data service, and high-quality multimedia experience, one of these technologies is Device-to-Device communication technology(D2D).D2D communication has achieved a short distance from end to end direct communication. It has reduced the load of the base station, the communication latency, and improved the spectrum efficiency and system throughput. In this paper, joint mode selection, resource allocation and power control are described in detail. This paper aims to maxmize the system’s throughput when ensure the D2 D pairs’ SINR and cellular terminals’ SINR.This maxmize problem can split into two sub-problems, one is power control, the other is joint mode selection and channel assignment. As the second problem is a little bit complex, the previous solution is BB method, but the computational complexity of BB method is too high, so in this paper, according to the situation of network load,we put forward some resource allocation algorithms to reduce the computational complexity. In this paper, first of all, we devide the D2 D communication mode into three modes: cellular mode, dedicated mode and reuse mode. And then is problem formulation, we build the throughtput optimization problem into a model of nonlinear constrained optimization model, then according to the cellular network’s load level, there are three level: light network load, medium network load and heavy network load.According to the three network load respectively, we put forward three resource allocation algorithms to mixmize the system’s throughtput. The simulation result show that compare with the D2 D communication resource allocation algorithms, our algorithm has high competitiveness and achieve hop gain, proximity gain and reuse gain accordingly.
