This article from the perspective of physical information fusion system to solve the special vehicles in uniform distribution under the constraints of the dynamic problem of the existing road, to comprehensive utilization of the traffic data in the special vehicle scheduling and intelligent communication system of special vehicle scheduling, each interaction unit close contact system, special vehicles and special vehicles and traffic data together, each other in the process of actual operation according to the time of the road information in the corresponding strategy under the guidance of special vehicles, real-time scheduling can ensure special vehicles under the constraints of the existing road dynamic distributed evenly. This article main work includes the following three aspects:(1) Based on the information fusion physics system and intelligent traffic system technology, a physical entity and information relating to the special vehicle scheduling system unit abstraction, construct the special vehicle scheduling system for information fusion physics model, for the special vehicle scheduling system for information on the physical mechanism research laid the foundation model.(2) This thesis, optimization, improvement of existing method of ant colony algorithm and the gravitational field, choose the road factor for special vehicle scheduling algorithm is put forward and the repulsive force field algorithm, introducing way factor improving repulsion field edge defect of the algorithm. Aimed at the problem of high time complexity of the repulsive force field, this thesis deeply analyses the reasons of the uneven distribution of vehicles, formulate the corresponding congestion avoid strategy, and avoid congestion prediction algorithm was presented.(3) To reflect the special vehicle scheduling system for information fusion physics engineering value of operating mechanism, this article choose in engineering application and experimental analysis in the process of the scale of hundreds of intersection, introduced key areas such as real demand. Analyzing the scheduling algorithm are simulated, which proved that the special vehicle scheduling system for physical information fusion model is feasible and effective, the introduction of special vehicle scheduling system of physical information fusion system is practical and advanced.
