Archives are a summary of human wisdom, play an important role in science research, product and construct.At present,more attention is paid to preserve and utilize archives.The object of archives management is to improve the retrieval spe ed when large amounts of data, protect the information security of archives and realize the intelligent management of archives. With the development of the science and technology, a lot of new techno logies and algorithms are applied to the archives and immovable property system.What’s more, these excellent algorithms and hardware technology maked our management more convenient, intelligent and efficient. Similarly, we also know that if the important archival information is destoryed, which will cause serious damage. So in order to avoid the loss of these aspects, we should study the problems of the archives carefully, propose the feasibility of targeted programs, and take precautions. But it is undeniable that there are still many unresolved issues in the process of the intelligent, this paper is committed to enhance all-round of the archives system and meet the growing requirements of faster, more efficiency and more security. Through the wisdom archives’ project development experience of Nanjing Bureau of Land and Resources, this paper will study the archives deficiencies from three aspects that may exist.Firstly, I have learned the archives’ management system which is based on Java EE system framework in the past. This paper wanted to find the problems of the Java EE system and propose the system which is based on a Spring- Struts-Hibernate composite frame.What’s more, this paper will improve the performance of the SSH composite framework to increase the efficiency of the framework.Secondly, the increasing amount of the archives leads the reducing the archives’ retrieval efficiency of the archives’ management Web site, the paper optimized the ant colony algorithm to classify retrieve data and it is applied to the quickly retrieve of large data. Facing with the inadequate information security to protect important archives, we use the HSHA algorithm of the asymmetric encryption algorithms to encode and decode the archives’ information, and it is proved that this program increases the difficulty to break the files for attackers and improves the information security of the archives in theory.Finally, in order to achieve the searching, stocktaking, borrowing and returning complex functions of archives more convenient and efficient, we need to use hardware in the system which is based on arduino, w5100 of ethernet, ws2512 LED lights, RF24 G wireless communication module to achieve.With these, we can judge the searching, borrowing, stocktaking or returning state of the archives by LED lights’ color, which is an innovative using. At the same time, we also can determine the status of the libraries’ doors and the archives’ shelves.
