Wireless sensor network(WSN) is a new network system developed from the high multi-disciplinary, constituted by self-organization of large number of micro sensor nodes, which real-time acquit, process and transmit information collaboratively in kind of environment and the monitoring object. WSN have broad application prospect in environment monitoring, pollution monitoring, public safety and intelligent transportation and other fields, it is also research hotspot in the field of information.As the range of application more and more widely, the security problems of WSN need to be solved. This paper mainly introduces the structure, characteristics of WSN, the security problems and the related research situation at home and abroad. And then analysis of several common malware propagation models from complex network perspective, on the basis of which malware propagation model is established and the control strategy is proposed. The main research results of this article are as follows:1. On the base of analyzing classic malware propagation model, considering wireless sensors using directional antenna, this paper proposes SEIRS malware propagation model based on rotating directional antenna, and analyses the malware propagation threshold and the stability of the system balance. The results show that the proposed model can accurately describe the malware propagation in WSN.2. Through the analysis of effect on normal packet in the initial network whose nodes all use directional antennas, the mechanism of triggered to use directional antenna is proposed. Malware propagation model is established here based on the directional antenna, and analyses the effect of using mechanism of triggered to using directional antenna on malware propagation. The results show that triggered to use directional antenna can inhibit malware propagation in WSN, and the mechanism is suitable for different propagation model and different network structure.3. Considering the existence of intelligent detection node in WSN, this paper put forward SIR model of malware propagation in wireless sensor networks with regional detection mechanism. The results show that regional detection mechanism not only makes the WSN regionalization, but also can curb malware propagation, which reduces the risk of malware outbreaks in wireless sensor networks.
