The compressed sensing theorem can solve the problem of low utilization ratio of resources apart from traditional signal sampling, which has been widely used in signal and image processing, radar imaging, magnetic resonance imaging and so on. In recent years, the research of non-coherent measurement matrix attract the attention of many people. Therefore, this paper studied the structure measurement matrix of ultrasonic signal reconstruction under low sampling rate.The main work of this paper is as follows:1. An algorithm based on image reconstruction algorithm of Hessenberg structure measurement matrix is given. The method is able to reconstruct ultrasound images quickly and avoid the noise introduced by the sampling. The experimental results show that the method is feasible and correct in ultrasound image problem.2. According to the shortcomings of standard Hessenberg matrix, we investigate three improved form. It includes Tridiagonal measurement matrix, Frobenius measurement matrix and Partical determined Hessenberg measurement matrix. The experimental results show that the ultrasonic image reconstruction algorithm using improved matrix is better than the standard Hessenberg matrix in the performance index such as MSSIM, PSNR, RE and MSE.3. Write and design the ultrasound reconstruction display system. It can achieve a simple image reading, sparse transform, measurement matrix select and reconstruction image display function.
