Stochastic control is one of the extremely important branches in the field of control theory and applications. In order to realize the optimization design of the non-Gaussian system, lots of theoretical research results have been proposed and widely applied. Stochastic distribution control (SDC) is one of the typical research results. In this paper, based on the theoretical research results of output SDC system, the main contributions contain the following issues:(1) Chose square root B-spline model of output SDC system as the research objective and the arrival rate of output variables as control objective, the relationship between arrival rate of output variable and output probability density function (PDF) has been analyzed. And it converted the arrival rate problem into output distribution bounded tracking control problem. By using the theory of matrix inequality, bounded distribution tracking problem can be transformed into a feasible solution problem of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy was verified by a numerical simulation.(2) Based on the frame work of controller design (1), chose rational square root B-spline model of output SDC system as research objective, constructed one kind output feedback controller in a specific form of specific form and solved the problem of non-uniqueness of pseudo right values in rational square root B-spline model. On the basis, chose control objective as the additive fault detection threshold of system, then rapid fault detection can be realized. Next, one type of incremental PI fault detection filter is designed and output distribution robust fault tolerant tracking controller is constructed in the framework of controller integration. The numerical simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed fault tolerant control framework.
