Hunan DeSen Decoration Group Department a set of engineering consulting, design and construction of space,branding materials and tooling services in one large enterprise. In recent years, the Group’s business development, the Group has also expanded the scale.However, the Group’s internal staff still remain in office to pass the various documents of the era of Office software plus printers, files, design drawings, etc., or rely on manual or channels such as mail or QQ, inefficiency, the key is the lack of security and confidentiality. With the continuous development and expansion of our business scale, the Group urgent need of an efficient, fast and safe interconnection office platform, in order to improve overall efficiency within the company and the business level, and can save office costs for enterprises and improve their core the level of business confidentiality.Based on the above background, and decorative Group commissioned by Anderson, the author designed and developed Dodson Decoration Group OA system.Firstly, the thesis project involved construction background, functional requirements are analyzed and explained. Then, based on the needs analysis, design of the overall structure of Dodson Decoration Group OA system. According to requirements analysis presented design objectives and design principles. Describes the main technical means and technologies used in the system architecture, and introduces the basic features of the technology. Then briefly introduces the theory and the use of a simple three-tier solution architecture design reasons.
