Earth observation satellites get the effective data by observing targets, which needs to be transported timely and effectively to ground stations for users. According to "invisible" status between the satellite and ground stations, the management allocates ground receiving resources and receiving time in response to user’s request for satellite data reception, and determines the satellite data receiving programs, which completes the scheduling process of the satellite data reception requests. Satellite data reception scheduling is constraint satisfaction problem. A deep research of the problem is of great significance in both application and theory.The main contents are as follows:1. Satellite data reception request and mission planning modelingPlanning of satellite data reception is an exploratory study, which needs to study multiple types of user’s data reception requests, various types of ground stations, data receiving subsystem and universal records subsystems used in conjunction. The study strives to maximize comprehensive benefits of ground receiving system.Based on various types of ground receiving system and user’s data reception requests, this article establishes a unified descriptive model of satellite data receiving requests by analyzing the characteristics of resources and task requests. Then this model is transformed into a unified descriptive model of satellite data receiving task, according to a collection of the available time window and the available resources.2. A mixed constraint satisfaction model of satellite data receivingThe solution to the problem is based on the establishment of mathematical model of satellite data reception scheduling. the model can show the relation between various variables and constraints clearly with a formal description of the problem, which provides the basis for effective solution. Satellite data reception scheduling problem is a constraint satisfaction optimization problem with a variety of constraints coexisting. In addition, the objective function is another focus in the modeling process. Therefore, the paper will design objective function and establish the problem model based on analyzing these constraints in detail.3. The algorithm of satellite data receiving scheduling based on the overall efficiencyOptimization strategy is based on comprehensive benefits. In order to play the comprehensive benefits of the satellite data receiving system and meet user’s different needs, it asks for the satellite data as much and important as possible.The algorithm is layered coding based on immune genetic algorithm, which implements genetic and immunization operations on the parent and son layers respectively, and selects the vaccine in probability. A new immune genetic algorithm based on hierarchical control is proposed for satellite data reception.
