One of the most outstanding license management system software not only can manage the logistics of the vehicle, but also can manage and deploy the resources such as human, financial, material and so on. With the mature new technology and the integrated international market, Enterprises rely solely on the sale of a vehicle to generate profits upside getting smaller, and therefore need to make the transformation to vehicle management, relying on efficient management and optimization of work processes to create profits and improve their core competitiveness.This thesis introduces the network marketing to vehicle management systems, analysis vehicle management system needs, completes the design and implementation of the system, and do discussed the core technology architecture J2 EE, development model used in the system and how to use the ant algorithm lines to recommend in detail.Research work is mainly in the following areas:(1) The overall architecture and functional requirements of vehicle management system for a detailed study. The structure and design based on MVC architecture and design is given. A comprehensive comparative analysis of system development model is cried out, and finally completed the development of systems by using rapid prototyping.(2) An ant algorithm model is proposed to solve vehicle routing problem, choose 12 sets of parameter combinations by uniform design, explore the ant algorithm model performance under different parameter sets, selected the optimal combination of parameters. Through experiments improved the effectiveness of the ant algorithm.(3) In this thesis, According to the software design of high cohesion and low coupling principle, the system is a clear division and module design to improve the robustness and scalability of the system. Meanwhile, by giving the database system different levels of abstraction design, the system’s efficiency and maintainability were ensured and the design of database achieved seamless connection from concept layer to logic and physical layer. Then, according to our design, the system was realized and tested. Finally, the uncompleted and unsubstantial parts were specified.
