A Management Platform For Model And Feature Analyze Based On The Yii Framework

With the rapid development of the Internet and the widespread popularity, along with the gradual growth of the market economy, e-commerce and logistics industry, the Internet advertising has been rapid development. Machine learning makes revolutionary changes in the Internet advertising, and it plays an extremely important role in this area. During the work of CTR estimates using mechine learning method, feature research is everyone’s main job, it needs lots of experiments. These experiments are often based on vast amounts of data (dozens or hundreds of TB), and with a lot of the data processing work. Lots experiments and result analysis add repetitive work, and make the research efficiency is difficult to ascend. Accordingly, the model and feature analyze management platform aimed at reducing the redundant work, provides the quickest way to experiment and the experimental analysis results’ management.This paper introduces the platform’s requirement analysis, designe and implementation from the perspective of software engineering, the paper’s main work is reflected in the following areas:(1) Introduces the project background. Difficult configuration, repetitive development, complex data analyze management and lack of communication.(2) Introduces the Project related technologies. The thesis introduces the MVC design pattern and the Yii framework, and described the working process of the Yii framework. Machine learning is the application of the project background, this paper simply introduces it. FusionCharts visualization development kit is used in the project.(3) Analyzes the needs of the project in detail. Gives the user’s workflow, data flow and the system’s primary use cases.(4) Describes the overall design and detailed design of the project. Describes the database design and main modules design in detail.(5) Describes key parts’s implementation in details. Gives some code and screenshots.
