As a relatively new discipline, quantum information science is the interdiscipline and combination of quantum mechanics and classical information science. The two important components are quantum communication and quantum computing. For quantum communication, due to the physical principle of quantum mechanics that can ensure the security of communication, its popularization will bring revolution to communication major. Therefore many of the scientists around the world have carried on the thorough research and have made great achievements on the theoretical research and experiment.Because of the complexity of the quantum system, many researchers research from the theory to enrich and perfect the various theories. When carrying out in the experiment, they will have many problems. In this paper, it achieves from the perspective of the software and experiment respectively and put forward a way to use the software Q-circuit to simulate the working process of the B92 protocol. At the same time, with small resources and single photon as the carrier of quantum information, the content of BB84 protocol was successfully simulated within the scope of the laboratory and on the basis, the compatibility of different optical fibers were studied in the model.In quantum systems, quantum will inevitably interact with the environment, and cause interference to the quantum systems which was called as interference noise. In the research of quantum communication, it needs to consider the effects of environmental noise. At the same time, quantum communication protocol requires an identity authentication to ensure the legitimacy of the both sides of communication so as to achieve the purpose of perfecting system of communication security. Based on this, this paper studied the research of quantum communication protocol based on identity authentication and created corresponding quantum communication protocol model for joint rotation noise and joint back phase noise.Quantum error correction coding is always a hot issue of quantum computing, and the transmission efficiency and the accuracy of quantum information is the key. In quantum information, there exists two bits error concurrence. In this thesis, it proposed an error correction coding scheme which can correct both dislocation and transport information at the same time. The scheme is by adding redundancy to achieve the correcting of two wrong and the transmitting of information. The information transmission efficiency is 25%.
