In the nine years compulsory education popularization under the premise, the majority of parents begin to pay more attention to cultivate the quality of basic education in primary and middle schools, how to be more objective and fair evaluation by students, the establishment of student knowledge system more comprehensive evaluation index has become a basic education field main research contents.To explore the effective teaching method and way to lighten the students’ burden, has become the highlights of the two teaching and research in primary and high schools. Famous education experts think, the secondary education will usher in the era of personalized learning." At present, as a favorable means of computer assisted instruction network examination system, not only to reduce the workload of teachers, improve the teaching quality and efficiency, but also realizes the automatic management of the senate. At the same time, with the help of computer network, students online examination breaks the limits of time and space, is conducive to the students independent inquiry learning and collaborative learning.In order to meet the needs of personalized teaching and assessment in primary and middle schools, aiming at Kunshan a key middle school to develop personalized teaching and evaluation system of online examination problems, according to the actual demand in middle schools of individualized teaching plan, and the online examination system to meet with the basic service functions, combined with the author’s own teaching experience, use the ASP.NET+C# web development language, B/S model based on the hierarchical architecture, personalized examination question bank construction, students’ learning ability test, process monitoring and examination papers and other aspects, the development and utilization of prototyping method achieves a high school personalized online examination system based on web. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1) first studied the existing personalized examination system of Middle school, the main characteristics and problems in drawing examination system research situation, determine the system development program, and key technology route of development plan is analyzed.2) The analysis of personalized examination system for Middle school needs is completed. Method for analysis of the main function modules of the system requirements and data process mainly using structured, the article divide the module, according to the software requirements specification requirement to the system demand analysis, the system function demand, performance demand, data flow diagram and the system design requirements and other factors, the main analysis process and results are given;3) The overall structure design of personalized examination system of middle school and detail design. The system features and main functions of business process, core classes and their relationships, data structure and contents of the mode of the detailed design, and gives main design document, finally the debugging and testing of drawing test system are described in this paper.In this paper, the personalized examination system of middle school is advanced, openness, scalability, reliability, and realizes the function of expected under the premise of personalized examination system of Middle school. The system function module design is reasonable, teachers can fully grasp the computer test all kinds of questions and the solution; the use of virtual network question answering platform to promote the communication between teachers and students, to establish a more harmonious classroom teaching environment, so as to provide technical support for the construction of virtual network teaching.
