| At present in higher vocational colleges less effective operations through means of pen and paper transaction accounting and the data Excel spreadsheets are still frequently used in the logistic management. The simple methods and unskillful techiques give no functions to higher efficiency and improvement of logistics of vocational Colleges.Logistic departments hope that an opreating system of computers can be established for a various facilities and logistics. With a view to the existing problem the author here gave an illustration and worked out a logistic opreating system of computers based on B/S by studying logistics both at home and abroad. Starting with analysis of demands and needs in markets programs and proceedures are made by regulations and rules of software engineering development so as to keep stability, easy maintenance and scalability. With the advanced software system and combining the layered architecture designing of database, technologies and the method of prototyping and object-oriented approach, the research helped realize the goal and make the system function by using the system NET as the development platform and Visual Studio NET 2005 as the development environment with Microsoft ASP.NET, C # programming language, SQL Server2000 database provided by the company Microsoft.Qingyuan Polytecnic achieved multitasking objective and goals in logistics with network management system in student dormitories, shops, hotel management, such as student health and accommodation, dormitory security, water and electricity supply and payment management. The scientific and information technology has greatly improved its efficiency in logistics Management System and make it more standardized to meet the demands of both teaching and research. |
