Wireless communication and signal processing technology are being widely used in military equipment and civilian facilities nowadays, with the improvement of intelligence and information technology, it is more important to locate the target radiation source. The aims of the present study are as follows:1. To study a DOA estimation method for non-circular characteristics of BPSK signal using a Conjugate MUSIC algorithm, which eliminates the impact from the other signals interference and noise with circular characteristic, by the characteristic of non-cyclic signal’s nonzero conjugated cyclic autocorrelation. The estimation performance was greatly improved and the algorithm also can decorrelate multiple coherent signals by the spatial smoothing processing.2. To studied a DOA estimation method for cyclostationary of BPSK signal. By analyzing and comparing the circular autocorrelation function of the BPSK signal and several other modulated signal common used, the Cycle MUSIC algorithm is strengthened for the sorting capacity of BPSK signal. This paper also studied a carrier frequency estimation method based on cyclostationary of BPSK signal.3. Proposed a joint non-circular characteristic and cyclostationary DOA estimation method for BPSK signal. The carrier frequency is estimated by using cyclostationary of BPSK signal and the result is applied to Conjugate MUSIC algorithm, making the time domain and frequency domain information fully used. The simulation tests show that the method has better accuracy and stability at low SNR.
