The basic task of wireless sensor networks is to detect the event and information in a certain space. The detection and coverage problem became a big problem. Many research on WSN put focus on it. Till nowadays, there are many research result towards this issue, but most of them got three problems.( 1) Most of them are Boolean model and they are created without the environmental noise and signal attenuation.( 2) They only focused on the single node, didn’t pay much attention to the spatial correlation of multiple sensors( 3) Most studies are based on the ideal two-dimensional condition. But in face, most usage of WSN is in the three-dimensional space.Aiming at the practical applications of wireless sensor networks characteristics and requirements in terms of information sensing and event detection. We consider the measured signal data characteristics, effects of environmental factors and the distribution of nodes and focus on the coverage problem detection model and the coverage model. We add the effect of the noise. By using the spatial correlation between nodes, we create the unit diction model. Then we create the coverage model. Compared with the traditional space detection coverage problem, there are several innovations in this paper:1. We summarized the shortcomings of traditional perception model, using a probabilistic model with the parameter of environmental noise and signal attenuation premise.2. We used the spatial correlation model between several nodes.3. The detection model creation is totally based on the three-dimensional condition.4. After getting the unit detection model, we will describe how the use of it to distribute a space coverage model., In order to perfectly cover a whole certain spaceThis paper studies the detection model and coverage model. You can save in the actual number of applications using the sensor nodes to achieve efficient use of sensor nodes effect. This content is full of some practical guidance value.
