With the rapid growth of electricity demand, the production of electricity and business management capabilities have been put forward higher requirement. Meanwhile, the connection among the departments is becoming closer than ever before. On the one hand, the production of electricity is an important component of the power plant. The appearance of the concept of smart grid increase the complexities of power production and power marketing as well as the number of machines. On the other hand, electricity is the important energy provider, affecting the development of various industries. Therefore, the security reliability and high efficiency are supposed to be the top priority during the process of power production. In traditional electricity enterprise, the isolated non-isolating information system between departments can’t satisfy the current work relations and process between departments, and continuous use can result in the difficulty of information systems interconnection and comprehensive operating, and low utilization rate of information system. The similar function module reuse directly can result in a waste of hardware and software resources. On the purpose of standardizing the production and business process and resolving the defects of network security and technology, we need to establish a distributed and integrating data environment to realize data sharing and the enhancement of the efficiency of communication and adjustment.According to the demand of Hua Ju Energy and the development of appropriate technologies and development environments, this thesis further studies the technical characteristics of the software design model and the J2 EE platform. By using the software engineering principles and ideas, and analyzing the overall structure and business logic model of production management system, this thesis comprehensively study the specific needs of the power of information management systems, and describes the producting and marketing module implementation and realization of the process. According to the demand, build application software system model by the use of PETRI NETS and UML to describe the system in various parts of the composition and orchestration. At the same time, the system class diagram of hardware and software technologies and software architecture of each module, timing diagrams and flow charts are all designed. Based on these needs and design, optimize database systems and JBOSS server database system. By the use of Oracle 10 g relational database combined with the integration of service-oriented architecture J2 EE struts + hibernate + spring, use three-tier system of institutions to establish presentation layer based on the struts framework, make spring as the base layer, hibernate framework as the persistence and abstract database access layer to achieve the power of information management prototype system, Thus, the power of information management systems can support process changes and business continuity, providing a comprehensive operational and monitoring platform for the production and management staff.
