Utilizing image acquisition and processing, bar code tracing, database setup, software analysis,hardware feedback to comprise the perfect control system for advanced semiconductor technology, it is guidance function of the modern advanced manufacturing industry, and help enterprises to control costs, improve product quality, enhance brand image. At present, the research of the system automation and practical application is still blank in China, utilize digital image processing technique in the manufacturing line detection instead of the artificial detection, and design complete system of bar code for product tracking and failure analysis and automatically engineering solutions, which has important significance of theory and engineering application.This research focused on the design of semiconductor quality monitoring system,and approved by practical application, the main achievement:Scan bar code into the database, and real time record every chip for tracking. Setup hardware detection system of components to realize automatic alignment and image acquisition with automatic positioning. Electronic components comparison with modeling, and the system automatically rating with the image acquisition. Upload defect for commonality analysis by soft, automatic generation of diagrams. Software feedback analysis result to the central system, which is compiled by the database, the suspected fault machine or sensor realized to stop or alarm. Before the product packaging and shipment, each chip bar code information ill matched with database to avoid escape.The paper just take semiconductor quality production monitoring system research and design as an example, also it could be widely used in various manufactory enterprises, such as milk manufacturing, supermarket, control products impact, reduce the loss of consumers to enhance brand image, to provide a reference for domestic enterprises to enter the international market.
