With the rapid development of province military region in process of informationalize management, the hardware construction become more and more modernization. While it is short of the military application based on network, and couldn’t make full use of the network resource in military and in economy.The article proposes the overall structure of the distributed management system of national defensive information, analyze the problem of data transport security in network, compared the candidate solutions, and designed the strategy of distributed data management aimed at the “marginal, separate, faraway” appearance. The task of this article includes below:(1) Research and analyze architecture based on software-defined networking, in which the data plane and the control plane is separated. The control plane is focused on designed and dispatch the forwarding strategy while the data plane is responsible for data delivering. Comparing to customer networking architecture, our architecture is more efficient and smarter in data transmission.(2) Research and analyze consistent problem during strategies updating in SDN. An novel algorithm is proposed, in which the time required to perform a consistent update is traded against the rule-space overhead required to implement it.(3) Research and analyze the safe data transport module based on encryption. The shortcoming and advantage of symmetrical encryption and unsymmetrical encryption is compared, and a data transport method based these two encryption way is designed and implemented.(4) Analyze the application of distributed system based on current network environment. A transport strategy of distributed information management is designed aimed at the characteristics of administrative authorization and national defensive information, which is scalable by designing the distributed station in object-oriented method.(5) Analyze data persistence based on JDBC. Analyze the data communication and file transmission of multi-level managers by bring in data connection pool.(6) Designed and implemented the web site of the management system of national defensive information, in which the equipment and the staff are collected together.
