Study on the vowels acoustic space is an important research direction in the field of acoustic identification. According to Software Engineering principles, the author did specification, software design and implementation of Audio Recording System and Audio Analysis System. Using the audio recording and analysis system, the author can do vowel acoustic research. Research for the vowel acoustic has an important effect.This paper firstly describes the development and application status in domestic and other countries in speech level, audio recording system and audio data analyse software. According to the principles of Software Engineering to develop software, this paper describes audio recording system in software specification, architecture design, implementation and functional test. As a result of this analysis written statements and spectrogram, not only can be output to the display of the personal computer disk file and terminal, more can output the refined vector or bitmap, for writing and printing papers and books to use. At the same time, this paper also introduces the maximum likelihood theory and spatial resonance theory, can help people better understand the research process.The main aspects of this paper are the architecture design and implementation of audio recording system and audio data analyse software. Audio recording system is used to record Beijing dialect, Shanghai dialect and Guangzhou dialect. Audio data analyse software is used to analyse audio data file selected by manager to build the space coordinates using, respectively, in Beijing dialect, Shanghai dialect and Guangzhou dialect analysis. Analysis and use of data from line graph. Studies show that in three-dimensional space to two-dimensional space is easier to distinguish the difference between each vowel formants; differences include size, spatial position. It also proved that, in the detailed analysis and the correct test cases, formant more three-dimensional space as a powerful evidence for voice identification. A three-dimensional space is more systematic, complete and scientific performance in the spatial distribution of each vowel and relative relationship ah.
