Nowadays, power supply products, demand for whom continues improve with the rapid development of power supply technology, emerge in an endless stream. Their failure will sometimes bring inconvenient to people’s production and life, even huge losses. Therefore, these power products usually have corresponding load tests based on their performance requirements before they leave the factory. The traditional load test uses static impedance method, in which form of loads single, poor flexibility, most energy dissipates in the form of heat and so on. These shortcomings make this method become increasingly unable to meet the demand for power performance testing, and electronic load as a load in the form of new species has become a trend.The output voltage of the DC power supply measured by the energy feedback DC electronic load changes in the range of 5V to 28.5 V, rated power is 5k W, rated current is 175 A, current ripple is less than 5%.The DC power supply outputs low voltage and high current. In order to realize the energy feedback function, electronic load circuit have high pressure circuit to boost low voltage 28.5V to high voltage 650 V,so that the electronic load circuit topology is tertiary structure.Aimed at selected structural energy feedback DC electronic load, this paper will design its load simulation current tracking strategy and grid connected inverter control strategy, making the system simulate load in forms of various flexibly and feedback energy to power grid.1, The function of each part of the circuit in the system is analyzed. Then the working principle of the system is analyzed based on its function.2, On the basis of the load simulation principle of electronic load, the work mode of the DC electronic load is designed. PI control as the input current control strategy, make the electronic load input side current fast track the instruction current change, and PI control parameters are set by third-order best design, using achieving the function of load simulation of DC electronic load.3, From the point of the function of energy feedback, the three-phase VSI converter output current is chosen as control variable after analyzing the aim of the converter control and control mode determined. Then, a complete control strategy is designed to achieve Unity Power Factor.4, The designed digital control algorithm is not only simulated using MATLAB / simulink and is validated on the experimental platform, recording experimental data and waveforms. The resulting waveforms and datas all can tell that the control algorithm designed can achieve the desired goal.
