For the enterprises, the lead user customer group is a valuable resource as a collaborative innovation, they are capable of innovation tasks that normal users can not complete. In order to explore and exploit the innovation potential from customers effectively, leading users has drawn increasing attention, through cooperation and innovation to reduce the risk of business innovation. With the rapid development of Internet technology, more and more customers participate in the development and innovation process through internet innovation community, how to select the leading users out of many members of the community efficiently and accurately is an important issue in the network innovation community management.Leading users in the network community generally exhibit a very high enthusiasm, they retain a large number of online community text, website page views, the amount to share content, to post, to leave messages, to reply and so on, which provide researchers with a wealth of material, and also provide a new perspective to identify the leading online community users.From this perspective, this paper based on content and data designed the identification method for leading users in network community, it is meaningful for how to identify the leading users under the environment of network community, and improving accuracy and efficiency of identification.First, this paper gives the definition of the leading user, combs the indicators of identification for leading customers, and gives a comparison on the leading user identification methods between domestic and foreign countries. Then, this paper summarizes the calculation method of impact from the motive of participation innovation and networking community users.Subsequently, this paper compares the behaviors of the leading online community users, and analyzes from posting content, activity and other aspects. The leading user-posted contents can be classified in terms of four categories:work type, base type, and tutorials-and-sharing type. Then, this paper designed the identification method of leading users based on the content and data. Calculation of content index realizes through characteristics thesaurus of leading users. This paper designs the way to calculate leading users how to extract characteristics data base based on word frequency, word length and other factors, and forms characteristics thesaurus of network community-leading users.Data indicator combined with amount of comments, website page views can read data design directly from the database. And at the same time, this paper describes the weight of the index system and method of calculating the value of each index. At last, this study collects the data of the community-users, achieves the method to identify network community leading users through using JAVA language, and proved the feasibility of this method by calculating.
