Microwave power equalizer is mainly used in microwave power module(MPM). Microwave power module as a new generation of electronic microwave power device combined with the solid-state amplifier device and electric vacuum amplifier device technical advantages of the two, has a more and more broad application in the electronic warfare systems,while the power equalization device in MPM proposed more stringent requirements :Microwave gain equalizer not only in equalizing accuracy, high reliability to meet the design requirements, while tend to be more compact,highly integrated and flexible to tune.According to a new generation of microwave power equalization device has the application characteristics of the miniaturization, high integration and easy tuning. This thesis based on substrate integrated waveguide cavity of LTCC technology for deepening the research, puts forward the Inductance type substrate integrated waveguide equalizer unit,Capacity type substrate integrated waveguide equalizer unit and Double fold type substrate integrated waveguide microwave equalizer unit, and gives the detailed theoretical analysis and simulation verification.Especially Inductance type substrate integrated waveguide equalizer unit based on the technology of LTCC not only combines the traditional planar microstrip structure of small volume,easy to integrate with and the traditional three-dimensional waveguide, coaxial structure of dual advantages of high Q value, but also has more advantages than the formers on the tunable and integration flexibility. Then designed and completed the 11.5-15 GHz inductance type LTCC substrate integrated waveguide power equalizer, 6-18 GHz compound LTCC substrate integrated waveguide and step impedance power equalizer, 6-18 GHz step impedance ceramic power equalizer, highly consistent with test results and simulation results. Finally developed a 6-18 GHz state-solid drive module, test results meet the project requirements, verify the feasibility of LTCC microwave power equalizer.
