In recent years, Electrical Impedance Tomography(EIT) technology becomes a hot topic in biomedical engineering research. Due to its staple advantages of being non-intrusive and scatheless, real time imaging, low cost and simple hardware structure, EIT has a broad application prospect in clinical monitoring. Although rapid progess has been made in EIT technology in the past three decades, the images have not achieved the request of clinical application in terms of quality and distinguishability, because of its inverse problem is ill-posed.This paper analyses and researches the image reconstruction algorithm of Electrical Impedance Tomography technology. The work is given as follows:Firstly, this paper infers the mathematical model of Electrical Impedance Tomography technology establishes a theoretical model of forward problem and solves the forward problem by using finite element method. The influence of the alteration of conductitivity distribution on the boundary electric potential is illustrated.Secondly, inferring the Newton algorithm, a parameter improvement program of Tiknonov Regularized Gauss-Newton algorithm is proposed. Then on the basis of Tiknonov Regularized Gauss-Newton algorithm,combining with Simulated Annealing and Particle Swarm Optimization, a mixed algorithm of Tikhonov regularized Gauss-Newton algorithm and Simulated Annealing, a mixed algorithm of Tikhonov regularized Gauss-Newton algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization are proposed to improve image quality. Image reconstruction experiment is done in the MATLAB.Finally, a hardware experimental system is set up to collect data, then use these data to reconstructe image.
