Research On Multi-source Information Fusion Based On Evidence Theory In Hybrid Cloud Environment

In recent years, hybrid cloud environment become the critical environment for cloud service providers to provide all kinds of cloud service. To fuse multi-source information effectively in hybrid cloud environment can realize immense commercial value. Evidence theory can deal with uncertainty problem effectively and is widely used in multi-source information fusion. However due to the confliction and the difference of trustworthy among information source in hybrid cloud environment, the research on multi-source information fusion based on evidence theory in hybrid cloud environment is necessary.Aiming at the confliction and trustworthy difference of multi-source information during the combination process based on evidence theory in hybrid cloud environment, corresponding methods are proposed. First, on the basis of describing the confliction problem during fusion of multi-source information based on evidence theory in hybrid cloud environment, the limitation of exist methods used to eliminate the confliction are analyzed, and a conflict elimination method based on cosine similarity is proposed. The conflict elimination method judges the confliction of evidence in hybrid cloud environment based on cosine similarity, and reference evidence is used to replace the conflict evidence in hybrid cloud environment to eliminate the confliction among multi-source information. Then, on the basis of analyzing the limitation of exist methods used to distinguish the credibility of evidences, a multi-source information fusion method based on trustworthy factors is proposed. The definition of trustworthy factor of evidence in hybrid cloud environment is given based on the reliability and uncertainty of evidences in hybrid cloud environment, and trustworthy factor of evidence in hybrid cloud environment is used to discount the evidence to distinguish the credibility of evidences. Finally, Comparative experiments show that the proposed method can deal with the problem effectively, and the results are reasonable.Through the study of conflict elimination method and information fusion method based on evidence theory in hybrid cloud environment, better solution for the research of multi-source information fusion based on evidence in hybrid cloud environment is proposed, rationality and validity of multi-source information fusion is ensured.
