The next generation wireless network is composed of a variety of wireless technology. In the future the mobile users will be able to choose the access technology from different wireless networks. These networks have some different ability, such as coverage, bandwidth and signal-to-noise and so on. Now lots of solutions for the users to choice the networks have been put forward, but these solutions is only suitable for a single user. There are lots of users in the heterogeneous networks and the different strategy of users will affect other users experience. So this article focuses on how does the user’s different strategy choice impact on other users and how to formulate a reasonable policy for networks to get the most reasonable utilization of resources in the process of the game.This article is based on non-cooperative game theory, and puts forward some different game theory models. Firstly, multi-user game under the single network is analyzed in detail. There are two kinds of game models in multi-user game under a single network, dynamic game and static game. We prove that the two game modes exist Nash equilibrium. But for the same users in different networks, the utility of the different game is not the same. This article analyzes the reasons of the difference in detail, and which strategy should be choice in different evinroment, we make a particular analysis. The game of multi-user under single network is the most basic problem in this paper, because no matter how complex the network environment is, this game model will exist. This article make this situation as a model, and can be applied in the simulation for the later research directly.After analyzing multi-user game model under the single network, this paper mainly study the model of multi-user under multi-network, and introduce the mechanism of price strategy. Before the introduction of price mechanism, the users choose suitable network just base on the network performance, when the load of network reaches a certain degree, users are turning to the disadvantaged network. This point is called the game equilibrium point of resources. In game model of the multi-network, the network will game by the performance and the mechanism of price to strive for more users for achieving their benefits. But in order to strive for more users so continuously reduce the price of their own, although the quantity of users increased, the network does not increase its returns. Taking the effective mechanism to prevent the malignant competition is another key point in the research of this paper.At the end of the article, a kind of game model in ATM networks environment based on services is put forward. In link channel of ATM network environment, how to make all kinds of services choice the right channel is the key problem in the study of the last chapter.In this paper, the way of five weight scaling make the different services perception of various networks correctly. So the chance to select the correct link is improved.
