| In recent years, our tax system reform has achieved great success, tax revenue continues increasing substantially, which promotes the sustained, rapid, healthy development of national economy. However, tax is still facing some problems to be solved: phenomenon such as all kinds of tax evasion, tax fraud and evasion, tax arrears, unauthorized tax reduction is still serious. There are loopholes in the internal management of the tax department, tax management is relatively backward, the external environment needs to be improved. At the same time, with the continuous development of market economy, tax revenue source is increasing. Under the guidance of the third stage of Golden Tax Project, information system management becomes a imminent problem for tax revenue.This thesis introduces the design and implementation on the management system of tax control. And it makes a detailed study of the system from aspects including the background of the project, technical principle, business progress and design. The system is a software developed by DELPHI 7 to support network application, which is based on the Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Combining with the analysis of the current use, the system is an important part of the tax control project. The whole system is made up of dedicated device, user cards(other media), microcomputer, and software used in the backstage management. It is designed to provide effective use of invoice printing, data declaration of tax control, data query and statistics. Also it helps to stop the existing phenomenon such as the difficulties in the invoice management and serious loss of tax revenue. It is necessary in the reform of tax collection and administration, as well as the development of the information network technology.The research finding can be used to provide technical support for the tax reform in the loca l taxation bureau. Meanwhile, it can contribute to the smooth promotion of the Golden Tax Project. |
