Design And Implementation Of Electronic Health Credit Evaluation System

With the rapid development of computer network technology and medical health system of the increasingly urgent demand, electronic health field has become the common focus of attention in computer science and medical science in recent years. Trust problem has become one of the hot issues that include the current research of multi-Agent system, peer-to-peer network entity trust, information system between the main bodies of trust, service computing service credibility and so on.In electronic health system, physicians, pharmacists, dealers, medical service providers and patients, individuals and organizations use the network platform to collaborate and remotely complete consultation, drug trade, electronic health records access and storage of medical related tasks. Therefore, it is imperative that the quality of behavior of user and organization in this system, especially medical service provider, should be supervised and charactered to effectively guarantee user rights and to ensure the smooth operation of the system. Based on the above requirements, this thesis intends to trust model and the reputation system applied in electronic health system; depicts the relationship of trust between the agents of the system, and ensures the healthy operation of this system.Firstly, this paper talked about the main theory and important technologies applicated in the development of the system, including theory of e-health, ASP, Web services, database access technology and so on. Then through a more comprehensive analysis, it determined the system’s design principles, the construction of electronic health systems trust model, which rapidly established the trust relationship in the system user’s accurate short-term interaction process. It implemented electronic health credit system, and the electronic health system seamless integration, which achieved efficient trust management. It further made sure about system’s development environment and working process, etc. Finally it detailed discussed the designing and implementation of the Electronic Health Reputation Evaluation System, and tested the system to achieve the desired objective.
