With the development of internet becoming mature, public opinion of network as the most direct and quick response of policy, economy and culture by all social level has received high attention by the government and relevant institutions. The college students are active, and especially sensitive to domestic and foreign social affairs. They express their own speeches and views freely by the internet, but at the same time their opinions are obviously irrational. In order to keep campus develop harmoniously and stably, it is not only to deal with a wide range of information in campus network management, but also to do well the work of monitoring and guiding public opinion. Therefore, it is extremely important to build a highly-efficient platform for collecting and conducting public opinion.According to the web crawler technology and WAMP architecture, the thesis designs a set of intelligent and efficient control system for public opinion, it has mainly included the following aspectsFirstly, the thesis analyses the importance of public opinion in the current network environment, and reviews the development and achievements of public opinion control technology both at home and abroad.Secondly, the thesis introduces the ExtJS framework development, the characteristic and superiority of WAMP architecture which is made of Apache, MySQL and PHP. It also analyses and expounds the classification and architecture of data mining techniques. Through analyzing principle of the crawler technology, the thesis realizes its application of function in the public opinion control system.Thirdly, the thesis designs and realizes a set of public opinion control system for campus network. The system consists of acquisition subsystem, trust subsystem and control subsystem. The core of acquisition subsystem is to apply the crawler technology to pick up and classify information in campus network, then store it in database. The trust subsystem is to build a trust system for the campus and users, regulate and control the environment for public opinion of campus network. The control subsystem is responsible for unified management of functional modules and users, and to deal with the information of public opinion.
