This research is carried on from static study and dynamic research respectively, which are the main parts of this paper. The static analysis introduces the results and reasons of the study on the whole, for example, a hostess interrupt the guest’s turn in higher proportion and this phenomenon can be explained by female higher and higher social status and social value. The dynamic analysis includes six aspects, namely, the turn-taking strategies and the reasons analysis when the male host interview male and female guests, when hostess interview male and female guests, when male host and hostess interview the same male guest separately, when male host and hostess interview the same female guest separately, and when male host and hostess interview the guests of their same sex separately, when male host and hostess interview the guests of different gender with them separately. All the situation are included. The conclusions of dynamic analysis and static analysis are sort of in common, but there are also something needing to be completed. This shows that the differences of language using between men and women should be considered dynamically.
