With the advent of the Internet age, size and application of the Internet continues to evolve, the network has gradually penetrated into the field of people’s daily life, economic, military, science and technology and education, its foundation, the status and role of increasing global. With the development of this network technology, network security has become an important factor affecting the socio-economic development and national development strategies. However, faced with the increasingly complex and large-scale structure, especially a variety of new attacks exploit system vulnerabilities, and to be used by a large number of intruders, security risks and threats faced by information systems become increasingly serious. Therefore, based on a variety of network security technologies are changing proposition, introducing the concept of complex networks and genetic algorithms and other advanced concepts of computer network security evaluation has become a technology research.This paper studies the safety assessment of domestic and international standards, methods and tools, summarizes the current mainstream of safety assessment methods, and introduced a complex network, the basic model of BP neural network algorithm and genetic algorithm, and then analyzed on the basis of the prototype model, the algorithm combined with improved neural network algorithm for GABP depth research and its application in network security assessments were discussed. Proposed weighting model, used to calculate the risk of the network, and proposed two kinds of value at risk model to the risk level transformation. Based on complex network theory and network security assessment theory, neural network BP algorithm and genetic algorithm model, and on its basis is established based on genetic algorithm BP neural network algorithm to improve the model, and use it with the traditional risk assessment models are comparative analysis. Then, on the basis of network information system security testing and evaluation support platform, designed to assess the security situation in the architecture and forecast subsystem, and among the key technologies used in a detailed design. Finally, a beautiful interface design, to achieve the security situation evaluation and prediction subsystem, the subsystem and support platform with the other subsystems conducted a joint experiment on a small network conducted a comprehensive testing and evaluation, and gives the test report.
