In the age of big data, information resources have now become the essential competing resources of enterprises, while the corporate decision makers are in the dilemma of " data richness but knowledge deficiency ", which makes them fail to obtain the sufficient decision support information promptly. Accounting department. as the dominant department of core financial data, has gradually proved to be the digital nerve center. However, even mastering the core information resources, accounting department can not provide decision support information for information users timely and accurately, resulting in much criticism to them. It is worth being delve into that how to make the accounting personnel adapt to the requirements caused by the transformation of accountants’functions; that how to make them transfer form information producers to information integrators and consumers to supply information users with decision support information with timeliness and accuracy, which helps decision makers to improve their insight perspicacity for brilliant decision, thus to create values for corporate. To fulfill this demand, the accounting information system needs to be equipped with more brilliant capabilities of information processing and integrating; its information sources should be broadened to incorporate the unstructured data and the already existing structured data; and it should provide the function of data analysis and mining to help accounting personnel smoothly transferring to decision support function. Therefore, this thesis tries to contracture a subsystem in accounting information system on the basis of the integrity of accounting information resources, so as to maximize the value the integrity of accounting information resources.This thesis applied the method of normative analysis, comparative analysis and etc. First, this thesis revealed the current situation of accounting information system, analyzes the difficulties it faces from three different respects:the transformation of information demanders’ perception brought by the age of big data; the change of accountants’function, and the transition of information environment for corporate, and pointed out that it is imperative to integrate the accounting information resources. Then, from the prospect of detailed technology, the necessity and feasibility of integrating accounting information resources were analyzed in the overall background. On this basis, chapter four proposed the overall version of integrating accounting information resources in the respect of system design idea, general targets, technology construction, and etc. based on the related researches on integrating information resources, the key element of accounting information resources integrating system is the realization of integrating information sources and integrating the information process application. This system include three subsystems in general:accounting information resources collection system, accounting information resources processing system and accounting information resources searching system. Chapter five dwelled on the searching technology of accounting information resources integration. A bold conception of search tool like the internet search engine was proposed and applied to the accounting information system to provide specific services of rapid location of related information for information users. Technically speaking, this required to insert the related searching technology into the accounting information resources system currently applied. Chapter five first illustrated the traditional example query mode and the operation principle of searching engine, then analyzed and discussed the searching technology of accounting information resources integrating system, and then pointed out the developing direction of future accounting information resources system and at last stated the value created by inserting the searching technology into accounting information resources system. The last chapter concluded the whole thesis and discussed the prospect of accounting information resources integration and its searching technology, and proposed the developing and changing trend of future accounting:the integration of accounting information resources and value creating, the accounting personnel becoming the valve integrators of corporate value.This thesis aimed to explore the implementation scheme of integrating accounting information resources and searching technology, the potential contribution is as follows:(1) This thesis preliminary discussed the implementation scheme of integrating accounting information resources, which draw supports form the accounting information resources integration system to make information technology available for information users to integrate the accounting information resources, so as to abstract the decision-support information and further satisfy the users’personalized information demands.(2) The searching technology would be applied to the accounting information system to bring out the crucial point of integrating accounting information resources, to realize the quick accurate position of both structured and unstructured accounting information, and to transform the corporate finance to Google data base. Users with different identification could obtain the decision-support information according to their needs and the accounting personnel could provide the information varying with different demands.(3) After proposing the future developing trend of searching technology, the personalized searching, real-time searching, mobile searching and context searching were put forward, which is revelatory to the future developments of searching technology in accounting information system.
