Our country is rich in water resources, reservoir scale and various types of the utilization of water resources, the reasonable flood prevention dispatching plays a large role in. But the existing reservoir construction of informatization of our country there are still many problems in information collection, evaluation, monitoring and management of scheduling system and other aspects of the project status and overall safety management level still lags behind the economic and social development. In order to enhance the national reservoir information means and level of management, to build a reservoir network query system and perfect unity, normative information center needs imminent.According to this requirement, this paper designs and implements a contains three sub lines of Biliuhe reservoir management bureau management information system, through this system, can achieve precise query and management of Biliuhe reservoir management bureau. Network and hardware equipment of the system based on the Chinese hydropower Academy of Sciences, to the relevant concepts and theories of distributed network system as the foundation, adopt three layer architecture is more advanced, and with MYSQL as the background database is realized, give full consideration to the reservoir information input, information inquiry staff member reservoir and the reservoir information management features, greatly promote the management mode of reservoir information openness, interactivity, unity, standardization and transparency and governance, for evaluation of dangerous reservoir management of water conservancy project, our security monitoring technology, the walk provides accurate and efficient information platform to normalization.Firstly, the construction principle of Biliuhe reservoir management bureau of the management information system in detail, and according to this principle, the design of three layer architecture of WEB application model and US model to achieve the overall structure based on the way of. On this basis, the function of each module structure of the system is designed in detail, including the reservoir information input subsystem, the reservoir information query subsystem, system management and maintenance module etc.. Finally, combining to complete part of interface of the system and introduces the use of the system implementation process and the corresponding function.
