Chaos is seemingly a random irregular movement which happens in a deterministic system. Because the information security is more and more important, Chaos system gets more attention for security communication. The current study of chaos synchronization is mostly limited by the cable communication. However, with the rapid growth of the technology of Internet of Things and the technology of Network and Communication, it is a trend that the wireless communication is taking the place of cable communication. From the viewpoint of practical application, the chaotic synchronization circuit is designed and used to wireless voice secure communication system based on the theoretical derivation and simulation. The main works of this dissertation are as follows:Mathematical transformation is applied for the traditional Lorenz system and makes the traditional Lorenz system suitable for circuit implementation. Then the effectiveness of the transformed Lorenz system is verified by Matlab, and the Lorenz chaotic circuit is simulated by Multisim and then chaotic circuit is implemented by using analogue electronic components. Finally the two way coupling synchronization method and serial synchronization method are studied based on Lorenz chaotic circuit and are simulated by Multisim.Cable chaotic voice secure communication system is designed first based on state injection method and its validity is proved. Considering the differences between wireless and cable transmission, the state injection is improved to make the synchronicity better and more suitable for applications of wireless voice secure communication, then theoretical proof and simulation is given. Finally the electronic components and wireless transceiver module are used to realize the secure communication system.Considering the shortage of state injection method, a single state feedback controller with time delay is designed, and the drive system and response system is proved synchronization with time delay by using Lyapunov stability theory. Then Matlab and Multisim are used to verify the effectiveness and the implement ability of the controller, finally, electronic components and wireless transceiver module implements are used to realize the wireless voice chaotic secure communication circuit based on the time-delay state feedback method.
