In health care, scientific research, public safety, industrial production and other fields, information processing, collection and testing has been more widely used, while the data acquisition and processing techniques are also synchronized with the rapid development.Information collection is based on the characteristics of the data analysis, identification and treatment, so information storage, collection and transport has a very important value.The purpose of information collection characteristics of the data, the processing and identification, so the radio signals, the analysis of these data processing is of great significance.In this paper, software radio technology theory are discussed, and USB2.0 interface used for data collection and transmission were systematically discussed by analyzing the theoretical basis of the Hilbert transform of the signal processing method, and in signal processing applications studied and analysis of the method in signal processing limitations. Meanwhile, in the comprehensive test data collection was introduced in Hilbert-Huang transform method, by studying the characteristics of the HHT method, carry out the relevant theoretical analysis and simulation, and in FM, AM, 2FSK and analysis of signal characteristics 4FSK Lieutenant Hilbert Hilbert-Huang transform transient analysis methods and has been applied, through the two kinds of analysis and comparison of analytical methods to obtain the required result. By comparing the Hilbert-Huang transform analysis of non-stationary signal simulation results validate the design scheme of the proposed thesis validity and correctness.Software system based on virtual radio is mainly collecting data analysis, the system uses a method of software programming functions related applications design and development. Taking into account the software radio system requires portability, flexibility and scalability, the paper uses VC + +6.0 development tools were designed, object-oriented projects, using the image of an object-oriented application interface. In addition, for more complex functional modules, especially in the signal processing programming algorithms use MATLAB and VC + + advantage by mixing programming method was realized that this method can effectively improve programming efficiency, allowing users to be satisfied with the treatment effect. The parameters of the relevant data to be recorded and processed, the system uses a relational database, using the DataGrid control in VC + + programming environment achieved by programming the various tables of the database management. Therefore, the software radio system test data through an integrated, the processing logic is implemented on its scalability, flexibility of use and portability. Paper presents the design of a system closer to the ideal software radio ideas for the development of software-defined radio, it has a certain reference value.
