In order to be able to provide users with considerate service and save users capture expends time cost and transportation cost, reduce social costs, sichuan mobile has been exploring and related utilities cooperation, better use of sichuan mobile itself in the physical channel and the advantages of electronic channels, service for the public utilities. Therefore, in this context, the sichuan mobile power collection charges system in its business platform to establish task is urgently needed.Based on the fully research power collection charges management system and methods, on the basis of design and implements the power collection charges system based on mobile network business platform. This system adopts B/S three-tier architecture, WEB technology, ASP technology, NET technology, ORACLE database 10 g, socket communication technology, to realize the system login module, power collection module, channel management module, statistics analysis module, system management module function modules, such as enhancing the management of the power collection charges system. The characteristics of this system include: convenient operation and management and comprehensive supervision, convenient to find all kinds of information, etc.At first, this thesis research to the electric power company and mobile company, analyzes in detail the mobile company power collection charges of all kinds of business process, then determine the basic principles and functional requirements in the process of system development and design, and so on and so forth. Then through the analysis of system requirements, research and formed based on mobile business platform system architecture and function module of power collection charges. Landing module of this system is divided into system, electricity collecting module, channel management module, statistics analysis module, system management module, etc. Several modules. And then to the specific function of each module, the relevant operation, the core code are described, such as and build the company network platform in detail the main architecture of the power collection charges system.
