Design And Implementation Of Environmental Health Manage System

With the development of society and economy, our country city population and vehicles are increasing, which brings great pressure to the environment of the city. In order to protect the city environmental, and improve work efficiency of environmental protection departments, this paper presents the development of environmental health management system to protect the city environment information scientifically and effectively. In the process of system development, this paper mainly does the following work:(1) This paper researches on the environmental protection department, and analyzes the current problems in the work, and this paper proposes to use information technology tools to manage the environmental health information. Then this paper refers to the information at home and abroad according to the situation of information management of environmental sanitation, and understands the current development situation of information system.(2) This paper studies the tools and techniques which may use in the development. Including the B/S architecture, ASP.NET technology, database technology and C# language.(3) In this paper, the requirement analysis and design for environment health management system are being done. In the requirement analysis stage, this paper mainly carries on the analysis to the system in two aspects of functional requirements and non functional requirements. The non functional requirements include the performance demand, ease of use requirements, safety requirements and reliability requirements. In addition, the system feasibility analysis is also being done in this paper, including technical feasibility, economic feasibility and operation feasibility. At the stage of system design, this paper mainly design the use cases, the overall structure, function structure and database of the system. The function modules of the system including system management module, city garbage management module, public toilet management module, road management module and practitioners and facilities management module.(4) This paper implements and test on the environment health management system. The system uses the multilayer structure mode in the development process, including the Web UI layer, business logic layer, the physical layer, data access layer and database layer. The platform in development is Microsoft Corp’s Visual Studio 2010, the use of the database is the Microsoft Corp’s SQL Server 2010, and the use of development language is C #. This paper tests the function of the system, the test shows that the operation of the system is stable, function is reasonable, and it can satisfy the need of the daily management of the environmental protection department.(5) The design and development process of environmental health management system are summarized and reviewed in this paper, the advantage and disadvantage of system are presented for future improvement...
