With the development of wireless mobile communications, more and more wireless communication devices have access to the wireless communication network, while they offer scarce radio spectrum resources, thus improving spectral efficiency become the focus of today’s wireless communications research, and wireless communication technology of Co-frequency Co-time Full Duplex does not change the transmission rate, the spectrum occupancy rate is reduced by half, Co-frequency Co-time Full Duplex become a research hotspot in the last two years at home and abroad.At the Co-frequency Co-time Full Duplex mode, there are two types of RF interference cancellation: direct RF interference cancellation, indirect RF interference cancellation. This design uses direct RF interference cancellation scheme, for direct RF interference cancellation scheme, the thesis propose design parameter requirements, block radio frequency interference cancellation module design and realization of RF interference cancellation of test validation, testing and analysis results are given.Firstly, the paper research duplex RF front-end solutions of the existing mobile communications technology, and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of TDD and FDD duplex schemes, as well as Co-frequency Co-time Full Duplex RF front-end status of research, research-oriented topics presents reference and design ideas.Secondly, the paper presents Co-frequency Co-time Full Duplex RF front-end of LTE parameter indicators and performance indicators, as well as the parameters that affect the final performance indicators, the paper do focus on theoretical derivation and simple text about the parameters, it has a guiding role on the back of the RF circuit design and debugging circuit.Again, according to the index parameters and performance indicators, the paper makes the overall design of the Co-frequency Co-time Full Duplex RF front-end of LTE circuit design structure and key modules, and the design of the final debugging methods.Finally, according to the index requirements, the paper completes functional requirements on Co-frequency Co-time Full Duplex LTE RF front-end modules Calvary detail design, completion and index requirements. And complete RF front-end functionality and performance testing, and most importantly, a cascade interference cancellation tests. the interference signal power is-10 dBm,44dB rejection is achieved, which meets the design requirements.This paper presents a verified technology of RF cancellation. The method can be a theoretical basis to promote a further development of full-duplex communication.
